Businessman Emeka Okonkwo, widely known as E-Money, has officially presented a ₦50 million cheque to content creator Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe, following his victory over singer Portable in their celebrity boxing match.
The cheque presentation reportedly took place at E-Money’s residence in a video that has since gone viral online.
Carter Efe had defeated Portable at the Chaos in the Ring 4 event held at Balmoral Hall, Victoria Island, Lagos, after winning by unanimous decision across three rounds. Judges scored the fight 30–27 in his favour, with many observers noting that he controlled the match with his height and reach advantage.
Following the fight, Portable expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome, claiming the scoring did not properly reflect his performance during the bout.
Singer Kcee and music executive Soso Soberekon were also present during the cheque handover.
