Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has reportedly presented a detailed 19-point proposal to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) as part of negotiations for a contract extension.
Chelle, who originally signed a two-year deal with the NFF in January 2025 with an option for an additional year, is said to have carefully drafted the proposal after thorough research and consultations. The proposed terms reportedly include a monthly salary of $130,000, covering himself, his technical staff, and personal assistant.

- A secure residence with 24-hour electricity.
- A furnished office equipped with a projector for tactical analysis.
- High-speed internet access.
- Flight tickets for his wife and two children (business class for adults, economy for children).
- GPS provision for official travel.
- Supply of training equipment according to his requirements.
- Autonomy to select opponents for international friendly matches.
- Structured camping programs for the national teams.
- Initiatives for youth development programs.
- Permission to travel abroad to observe and monitor potential players.
- Provision to scout and monitor local league players for integration into the senior and youth national teams (U23, U20, U17).
- No interference in team selection or player call-ups.
- Formal working contracts for his technical staff.
- Guaranteed salary payments on or before the 30th of each month.
- Bonus and allowance allocation in line with NFF structures.
