Former Big Brother Naija winner Hazel Oyeze Onou, popularly known as Whitemoney, has urged aspiring contestants to stop sending him messages asking for help to secure a place in the reality show.
The reality star made the appeal in a video after receiving numerous requests from Nigerians hoping to participate in the upcoming edition of BBNaija.
According to Whitemoney, he has no influence over the selection process and cannot guarantee anyone a spot in the house.
He encouraged interested applicants to go through the official audition process instead of searching for shortcuts or relying on connections.
Whitemoney revealed that he personally auditioned several times before finally making it into the show, urging hopefuls not to give up if they are initially rejected.
He also cautioned Nigerians against paying money to individuals promising guaranteed admission into the BBNaija house, warning that many of such offers are fraudulent schemes designed to scam unsuspecting people.
The former housemate added that while many people see the reality show as a pathway to fame and financial opportunities, applicants must remain patient and follow the proper process.
